- Monthly website reports (emailed), allowing you to see the level of interest your property is attracting.
- Exposure in other offices throughout Ireland.
- A bright presentable For Sale sign displaying both my office and mobile telephone number, which means that I am available to take calls from potential purchasers out of office hours and at weekends.
- Arrive prior to the viewing, to assist in the dressing up of the property and for example opening windows/blinds, mood lighting, cushion puffing etc.-After viewings I will inform you as to how it went, also I will follow up no later than 1 week to see if the viewers are interested in putting an offer forward.
- Viewing times are flexible I am always available to show outside office hours to suit both vendor and potential purchasers.
- I will never show your property to someone who is not in a position to buy and once a sale price is agreed I will look for their loan offer documentation along with a booking deposit.
- Once the property is sale agreed I will actively liaise with all parties and their solicitors until completion of the sale and the keys are handed over.
